You can create an account and start building for free. Any applicable selling, payment or service fees are shown in the relevant seller flow before they apply.
Do I get my own web address?+
Yes. Every published seller storefront can use a Venroys subdomain such as your-brand.venroys.com. You can connect a verified custom domain later.
Do I have to use Printful?+
No. Printful is an optional fulfillment integration. You can sell and fulfill your own products as well.
Can I edit the mobile version separately?+
Yes. The builder includes desktop and mobile layouts, and system pages such as catalog, product and cart are part of the storefront experience.
When will I appear in the Venroys Marketplace?+
A storefront is not automatically listed. Marketplace eligibility is earned through verified identity and sustained seller performance, followed by review.
Who handles customer service and refunds?+
You do. Sellers own the customer relationship and remain responsible for fulfillment, support, returns and refunds.
How are payments handled?+
Storefront checkout uses Stripe Connect. Availability of payment methods depends on your connected account, customer location, currency and Stripe eligibility.
Can I change my design after publishing?+
Yes. Continue editing your pages, preview changes and publish updates from the website builder.
