1. Identity of Venroys

These Terms of Service apply to every offer from Venroys and every agreement concluded between Venroys and the consumer via www.venroys.nl.

Cooling-off period: the period in which the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Day: calendar day.
Duration agreement: an agreement for regular delivery of products over a period.
Right of withdrawal: the ability to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.

Venroys is not liable for indirect damage...

All intellectual property rights regarding the webshop remain with Venroys...

Venroys is not obliged to fulfill obligations if prevented due to force majeure...
