Venroys Terms of Service

Last updated: February 25, 2026

1. Identity of Venroys

2. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of Venroys, including purchases made through venroys.com, seller storefronts hosted on the platform, and any related services offered by Venroys, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Definitions

4. The Offer

Venroys and/or sellers on the platform aim to present offers, product descriptions, images, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes (for example pricing or typographical errors) do not bind Venroys or the seller. Product images are illustrative and minor differences in color, finish, or packaging may occur.

5. The Agreement

An agreement is formed when the customer places an order and the order is accepted electronically (for example by order confirmation). Venroys may refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason, such as suspected fraud, unavailable stock, payment issues, or incorrect product or pricing information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may generally withdraw from an eligible product purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies. During this period, you should handle the product only as necessary to inspect it.

7. Customer Obligations During Withdrawal Period

During the cooling-off period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with reasonable care. The customer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be allowed in a physical store.

8. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should notify Venroys or the relevant seller within the cooling-off period using the returns flow, account tools, or email. The customer should return the product within the legally applicable return period after cancellation, in accordance with the return instructions.

9. Venroys Obligations on Withdrawal

After a valid withdrawal request and receipt (or proof of return shipment, where applicable), Venroys and/or the relevant seller will refund the eligible purchase amount in accordance with applicable law, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

11. Prices

Prices shown on Venroys are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (for example shipping costs) are shown before checkout where applicable. Venroys may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are charged based on the price shown at checkout, except in cases of obvious error.

12. Conformity and Warranty

Venroys and sellers aim to provide products that conform to the agreement, product description, and reasonable expectations under applicable consumer law. If a product is defective or does not conform, the customer should contact support or the seller within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

13. Delivery and Execution

Venroys and participating sellers will take reasonable care in processing and delivering orders. Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly stated as guaranteed. Delays may occur due to stock, logistics, customs, or force majeure. If delivery becomes impossible, the customer will be informed and an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or cancellation) will be offered where applicable.

14. Duration Transactions

For duration agreements, the customer may terminate in accordance with the agreed notice period and applicable law. Venroys may also terminate or suspend such agreements for valid reasons, including non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

15. Payment

Payment is due as indicated during checkout or as otherwise agreed. The customer must provide accurate payment details and cooperate with fraud prevention and verification checks where reasonably required. If a payment fails or is reversed, Venroys may suspend order processing, account access, or further services until the issue is resolved.

16. Complaints Procedure

Complaints about orders, products, payments, or platform services can be submitted via support channels listed on the website (for example, info@venroys.com or the relevant support page). Please provide sufficient details so we can investigate and respond appropriately. Venroys aims to handle complaints within a reasonable time.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venroys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example liability for intent, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights).

18. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Venroys platform, including software, branding, design elements, and content (excluding third-party and seller-provided content), remain with Venroys or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use protected material outside normal platform use without permission.

19. Force Majeure

Venroys is not required to fulfill obligations to the extent performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages, cyber incidents, strikes, governmental measures, supply chain disruptions, or logistics failures. In such cases, obligations may be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation.

20. Changes to Terms

Venroys may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective on the date announced on the website, unless a different date is required by law. If changes materially affect your rights, Venroys may provide additional notice where appropriate.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law specified by applicable legal rules and mandatory consumer protections. Where permitted by law, disputes will be submitted to the competent court. If you are a consumer, mandatory local consumer rights and jurisdiction rules may apply.
