The three things most people want to understand before they begin.
Venroys is commerce infrastructure for independent sellers: a visual storefront builder, catalog, checkout, order tools, integrations and a staged path toward marketplace visibility.
Both models can exist together. Every seller begins with an independent branded storefront. Only approved Venroys Verified sellers become eligible for the public marketplace.
The seller remains responsible for products, stock, fulfillment, support, returns, refunds, taxes and legal compliance. Venroys provides the technology connecting the experience.
Sellers can create responsive storefront pages, publish a catalog, sell through secure checkout and manage products, orders, customers, payouts and reporting from one workspace.
Yes. A Venroys subdomain such as your-brand.venroys.com is included. A verified custom domain can later become the preferred public address.
No. The website builder uses visual drag-and-drop controls for desktop and mobile layouts.
No. A seller account opens an independent storefront. Marketplace eligibility is earned through verified identity and sustained performance, followed by review.
When you shop on a seller storefront, you buy from that independent seller. The store name and domain identify the business operating the storefront.
Methods vary by country, currency, seller account and Stripe eligibility. The checkout only displays methods available for that specific payment.
Shipping is calculated for the destination and products in the order. The final quote is revalidated before payment confirmation.
Use the order-success page and customer emails. Tracking appears after the seller or fulfillment provider creates a shipment.
The seller handles support, returns and refunds according to the store's terms and applicable law. Contact the store using the information on your order.

The seller does. Sellers are responsible for communication, fulfillment, support, returns and compliance.
Independent storefront checkout uses Stripe Connect Direct Charges. Payments are processed on the seller's connected Stripe account with the configured platform fee.
Eligible sellers can choose the available daily, weekly or monthly schedule in seller settings. Stripe controls when available storefront funds reach the connected bank account.
Seller reporting and payout pages show both channels while preserving their different payment flows.
Banking availability, verification requirements, disputes, refunds, provider processing and Stripe account restrictions can affect timing.
Venroys does not store raw card details. Protected payment and identity fields are securely tokenized by Stripe.
Only a verified server-side Stripe event can mark an order paid. The browser cannot finalize payment status.
After payment is confirmed and order totals pass validation. Eligible Printful orders are submitted through the fulfillment queue; other orders remain the seller's responsibility.
The order can progress through paid, processing or production, shipped and delivered states as verified updates arrive.
Failed seller fulfillments remain retryable without resubmitting portions that already succeeded. Sellers can review affected orders in their dashboard.
No. It only handles eligible products for sellers with an active, valid integration and provider billing.
It tracks signals such as identity, completed orders, account age, delivery success, refunds, chargebacks, policy status and fraud indicators.
The staged model includes New Seller, Trusted Seller, Venroys Verified and a future Elite Seller level.
A seller can apply when the required trust level and review eligibility are reached. Meeting visible minimums does not guarantee approval.
Yes. Excessive refunds, chargebacks, poor ratings, policy violations or suspicious activity can cause suspension or removal.

Stripe uses legal, representative and business details for identity, payment and payout compliance. Requirements can change as account activity changes.
Use Seller Settings → Business & legal. Payout destination and payout schedule are managed separately under Payments & payouts.
Use a unique password, enable available two-factor authentication and never share verification codes or account access.
Yes. Removing it detaches it from hosting and updates the preferred Stripe business URL to another verified domain or the included subdomain.
