THE FOUNDATION IS INCLUDED
You don't need Pro to make your store feel like your brand. Both plans share the core Venroys storefront and seller tools.
Start with a template and edit pages, sections, typography and colors. Preview desktop and mobile layouts before publishing.
Use your included Venroys subdomain or connect a domain you own. Domain purchase and renewal are separate.
Manage product imagery, variants, pricing and stock. Sell your own products or connect an optional Printful account.
Connected catalog, product, cart and Venroys Payments checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and requires a verified, eligible connected account.
Follow orders, fulfillment and tracking from your seller workspace, with reporting to help you understand your business.
Customize storefront order emails. Branded sending from your domain requires domain and email-provider verification.

On Free, the 7% rate for non-Printful sales applies after discounts and excludes tax. Verified Printful products are charged 10% of profit instead. Custom domains, email sending and payment capabilities have their own setup requirements. Pro doesn't bypass verification, store policies or marketplace review.
NO GUESSWORK
While your paid Pro entitlement is active, Venroys takes no sales-based or profit-based commission on new purchases through your storefront or eligible marketplace listings. Stripe processing, product costs, shipping, fulfillment and applicable sales taxes still apply. Previously paid orders retain their original fees.
You pay €252 including tax once per year. That's equivalent to €21 per month and saves €84 compared with twelve monthly payments of €28. It is one upfront annual payment, not twelve installments.
Yes. Cancel renewal in Plans & billing in your seller workspace. You keep Pro through your paid period, then return to Free-plan commissions. Your store and products are not deleted. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments or clear unpaid invoices.
No. Marketplace access depends on availability, seller eligibility and approval, regardless of plan. Pro removes Venroys commission on eligible marketplace sales; it does not buy approval or guaranteed visibility.
Choose your billing frequency when subscribing. Currently, changing frequency means canceling renewal and choosing the other option after your current subscription ends. Mid-period switches and prorations are not offered.
A failed renewal has a grace period of up to three days from the end of the last paid period. Update your card and resolve any unpaid invoice in Plans & billing. Once paid access and any applicable grace period expire, Free-plan commissions resume.
