Delete Your Venroys Account

Venroys users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Email support@venroys.com with the subject "Delete my Venroys account". Please include the email address linked to your Venroys account so we can identify the account and process your request.

Data that may be deleted

When your request is verified, Venroys may delete or de-identify account data associated with your account, including:

  • account profile information
  • saved addresses
  • seller profile or store information where applicable
  • uploaded account content where applicable
  • app and session related account data where applicable

Data that may be retained

Venroys is a marketplace. We may retain limited records where required or reasonably necessary for:

  • tax and accounting
  • payment processing
  • payouts
  • fraud prevention
  • security
  • disputes, refunds, and chargebacks
  • legal compliance

This can include order, payout, refund, transaction, security, and compliance records that Venroys, payment providers, sellers, or service partners must keep.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or if an order, payout, dispute, refund, chargeback, or legal obligation is still active.

Active orders, disputes, payouts, chargebacks, or legal obligations may delay full deletion until those matters are resolved.
